Season 2 is here!!

It is with a very excited heart that I bring to you The Shift Series – Season 2

You would have thought it would be easier to write the scripts the second time around; it was not. Creative processes do not work that way.

But, what has worked is the generous and consistent feedback, in regards to the format, the length, and the shifts you are making.

I invite you to please listen to the Series 2 trailer before you dive into the episodes, as there is a special thank you recorded for you.

There are ten more episodes, and some of the topics are the result of a question I asked my Instagram followers, “What area of life would you like to shift in?”

Five of these episodes are a direct response to those answers.

Self-Care
Belonging
Courage
Asking
Letting go

Below is an overview of what is in store.

Asking

Sam is highly functional and very independent, but when a family member passes, Sam does not want to manage the ensuing tasks alone. But because of Sam’s identity, Sam does not know how to ask, and this leaves her resentful and angry. In this episode, executive and personal coach Kemi will show you how you can shift to a better life, through action. One shift, one action, at a time.

Letting go

Kyra is a single mum with two teenage sons and wants to be a better leader at home as well as at work. When one of her sons, Azar stops communicating with her, Kyra, wants to know how to best support him. In this episode, executive and personal coach Kemi will show you how you can shift to a better life, through action. One shift, one action, at a time.

Courage

Adora is about to make one of the most significant decisions of her life, but there is one obstacle that stands in her way. She is weighed down with thoughts and views that are not her own, and this is keeping her stuck. In this episode, executive and personal coach Kemi will show you how you can shift to a better life, through action. One shift, one taction, at a time.
