Kemi’s insights, learnings and musing on how to navigate leadership and life.

Shaping a new paradigm for women, in leadership and life.

My name is Kemi Nekvapil and I am committed to making a measurable impact.
I work with people and organisations that create good in the world and it is a privilege to do this work.

An ICF credentialed executive and personal coach, Kemi is also a speaker/facilitator, who has worked in the wellness industry for 25 years.

Having studied leadership and purpose at The Gross National Happiness Centre in Bhutan, trained as a yoga teacher in India with a 23-year yoga and meditation practice, Kemi understands there is a process for meaningful, connection to ourselves, our work, our families and communities.

In her coaching practice Kemi works with female leaders to unlock the obstacles that prevent value-based leadership and as a facilitator Kemi designs programs and speaks for global organisations.

In 2018 she was invited to Richard Branson’s Necker Island and was asked to sit on a panel discussing ‘humanity at work’, and she has recently returned from Texas, training with Dr Brenè Brown as a Dare To Lead™ Facilitator  to work with teams and organisations to create daring leaders and courageous cultures.

“In the The Gift Of Asking, Kemi Nekvapil gets to the heart of what it takes for women to create a life they truly love. Drawing on her own hard-won wisdom and diverse experience coaching and speaking to women the world over, Kemi will help you identify the fear that is standing in the way of you embracing your true worth, asking for (and getting) what you truly want, and making your bravest mark in the world.”

– Margie Warrell, Bestselling Author & Global Ambassador for Google WomenWill

“Kemi has an incredible story to tell, walks her talk, and is living proof that when we give ourselves permission to wholeheartedly nourish from the inside out, we can make a huge impact. I recommend this book to any woman that wants to step into herself, step up and make an impact.”
