Are you feeling pulled to do something different?

Do you have times when you are wondering ‘Is this it?’

If you are wondering how to reach into your full potential so you can lead yourself and others, this may be just the opportunity you were hoping for.

I invite you to come and join me: The Hunger Project and Business Chicks in Ghana from Nov 9-15.

I am the lead facilitator for the Business Chicks Immersion and Leadership Program.

We are all leaders in our lives; this is not about having the title of leader; it is about elevating the leader in you and elevating the leadership in others.

The Hunger Project’s model is not about handouts or ‘helping the poor brown people’; if it were, I would not be involved. It also has no religious affiliation.

The model is based on coaching and empowering. It does not patronise. It elevates all who come into contact with THP’s work.

I have been a member of Business Chicks for nearly ten years and have collaborated with them for eight years. I believe in the work they do, and I honour their commitment to women flourishing. It is an honour to lead this trip for two organisations I admire.

This will be my fourth trip with THP and my third as a facilitator. I believe in this work, and I have seen the extraordinary results that come from the sound base that it brings for our village partners and for every Australian participant who is involved.

All the information you need is here.

If you are intrigued (with some fear as well) please email me, and we can line up a chat.

You do not have to know how you can do this; you just need to want to explore whether you can.

You do not need to have all the answers to ALL the questions (eg, “How will I get time off work?” “Who will look after the children?” “How will I raise the money?”).

The answers will come.

DO NOT count yourself out. You can be nervous and excited at the same time.

In our family, we call this ‘nervexous’.

Wishing you a weekend of asking “Could this be what I was hoping for?” xxx
