We all experience seasons. We have seasons of change, grief, creation, mental health challenges, celebration, illness, caring, transition and more.
What is possible in some seasons of life is not possible in others. Seasons move in cycles, and each one presents its own bounties and challenges.
One thing is for sure: all seasons pass and no season is eternal.
Whatever season of life and leadership you are in right now dictates who you need to be, what you want to give, what is needed from you, and what you need to ask for.
Now, more than ever, we need leadership from women who are living and leading fully grounded in who they are and how they want to be of service in the world.
Grounded leaders do not repeatedly abandon themselves.
Grounded leaders do not worry about ‘being left behind.
Grounded leaders honour their body, wisdom and life-energy.
There comes a time when pushing is no longer the answer, and more output and more proving…leads to depletion.
During the retreat, you will cultivate:
Reflection
Leadership of any kind becomes reactive if we do not practice reflection. Through reflective practices, you will identify how you are pulled away from who you want to be in your professional and personal life.
Replenishment
Replenishment is not indulgence; it is a strategy for sustainable leadership and grounded living. We will explore what depletes you and how you can create consistent practices of replenishment in your everyday life.
Renewal
Busy and burnout are no longer badges of honour. During this retreat, you will identify where you may be operating from old narratives (yours and society’s) so that you can rewrite your own leadership style.
We will spend three days and three nights engaging in intentional practices of nature connection, writing, journaling, creativity, rest, and group coaching.
“Kemi listens. She is perceptive. Her insights and questions hit home and prompt deep self-reflection. Kemi lets you navigate at your own pace while gently challenging you to consider a different perspective. She creates space to sit with and make sense of your own thoughts and emotions.”
“It was great to be held in a safe space where I was able to learn strategies that I will use in my personal, professional and community relationships.”
“As a result of working with Kemi, I’ve returned to being a more reflective, confident and wholehearted leader. Someone who takes the time to slow down, listen more and change course when needed, even if not easy. I found myself resisting busyness, turning inwards, and tuning into my intuition in a way that became habitual.”
