This coaching program is for you if you feel that most of your life is in order. Your health and well-being are on track, your relationships are working, you have a sense of purpose and you enjoy how you spend most of your time. You are ready for the next level. There are areas of your life that are not as you would like them to be and you are committed to transforming them as quickly as possible. Or there are particular goals that you want to achieve but for some reason you are not getting there. You have no issue getting out of your comfort zone because you know that is where the magic lives. You have self-discipline, are willing to take powerful action and expect powerful results.
The Focus Program includes:
- 30-minute goal focusing session;
- 6 weeks of intensive coaching;
- One 45-minute call per week with at least 3 major actions taken each week;
- Weekly feedback and accountability forms to track your progress and your challenges;
- Unlimited email access so you never feel you are on you own while shifting your paradigm.
1:1 Coaching Sessions – minimum of 3 sessions
I also offer my clients the choice to book in one off coaching sessions. Please note that a minimum of three sessions must be booked and completed within 3 months.
